The goal is to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. What You Will Do Coordinate with hiring team to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria. Source applicants through online channels and other professional networks.

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the

requirements for each position. Compile lists of most‑suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references. Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders. Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure and follow industry best practices.

Requirements At least 3+ years of working experience in a similar role. Exposure in tech, agency, or start up environment. A strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people from all backgrounds, at all levels including senior management. A very high attention to detail. An ability to understand and live the businesses values, as a key representative of the brand when communicating externally. Willing to work according to Australian Time.
