We are currently seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Store Leader. Key Duties & Responsibilities:1) Outlet Operations ManagementSupervise and oversee all daily outlet operations.Ensure the implementation of SOPs, service standards, and product quality standards.Ensure the outlet is fully prepared and operational according to business hours.Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.2) Sales & ProfitabilityAchieve outlet sales targets and business objectives.Execute promotional programs initiated by Head Office.3) Team ManagementPrepare and manage crew work schedules.Conduct daily briefings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations for crew members.Provide recommendations regarding contract extensions, promotions, and disciplinary actions.Maintain team discipline, motivation, and collaboration.4) Administration & ReportingPrepare daily sales reports and cash deposit reports.Manage petty cash and ensure no discrepancies occur.Ensure daily stock opname is conducted accurately and matches physical inventory.Manage raw material ordering based on outlet operational needs.Process raw material receiving transactions in the system.Input crew schedules into the HRIS system.Attend training sessions and meetings conducted by Head Office or supervisors.Report any outlet damages or extraordinary incidents promptly.5) Audit & SOP ComplianceFollow up on findings from internal and external audits.Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards within the outlet.6) AuthorityConduct crew performance evaluations.Recommend crew contract extensions.Make daily operational decisions within the assigned authority.Prepare official outlet incident reports (Berita Acara).Approve crew attendance-related requests.Issue warnings and recommend disciplinary sanctions. Qualifications:Minimum SMA/SMK Culinary (Preferred) Or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major.Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Leader, Supervisor, or similar position in the F&B or retail industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Good communication and problem-solving abilities.Target-oriented with strong operational understanding.Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Familiar with POS systems, stock management, and basic reporting.Discipline, responsible, and able to work under pressure.Willing to be placed in accordance with company operational needs. **Recruitment DisclaimerOur recruitment process does not charge any fees at any stage.
