Sourcing Procurement Manager

Job description

The incumbent will ensure the execution of the Company's sourcing & procurement strategy, day-to-day procurement, vendor performance management, and purchasing policies and processes as well as achieving the lowest life cycle costs for procured goods and services. It is also expected to continuously look for areas in which improvements can be made in operational processes and implements and designs those initiatives. These will cover: Developing a strategic approach to sourcing, procurement and operating model to deliver goods and services aligned with company strategyCreate collaborative business plans with strategic vendors and internal clients, execute effective business partnering,Lead supplier selection and negotiations, review vendor contracts, ensure the most advantageous pricing, terms, discounts, allowances, quality, delivery and service; addresses business unit complaints, requests, and questions and resolves within guidelines,Develop and/or update sourcing & procurement policies and procedures, deploy and develop effective teams, tools and objectives to align with company goals and establish KPIs,Maintain an on-going knowledge of the company's business initiatives and goals, identify improvement opportunities and own Source to Pay stream. Requirements:Minimum Bachelor degree from any major,Proven leadership in a sourcing & procurement with 7-10 years of experience, a consulting background is a plus.Preferably someone who has experience in a financial/digital/consultingindustryHave experience in reviewing / managing contract management,Exceptional negotiation and networking skills Ability to cascade strategy into actions, sourcing new technology and deliver automation,Proven experience in conflict resolution, problem-solving, creative thinker,Fluent written and verbal communication in English,Comfortable to work in dynamic, fast paced and agile environment.
