Identify and negotiate the ideal store locations based on the format established by Guardian management, market trends, and oversee all data and developments ResponsibilitiesActively acquire new sites for Guardian stores across various formats, including Shopping Malls, Office buildings, or Street locations.Negotiate favorable Terms of Payment with landlords and meticulously prepare all necessary legal documents, including Letters of Offer (LOO), Letters of Intent (LOI), and Lease Agreements (LA) for all approved locations.Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Project Teams to develop and present comprehensive investment proposals to REC Hong Kong for locations requiring capital expenditure approval.Develop and submit new project proposals and documentation to Finance Team for CEO approval. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Site Acquisition experienceAt least 2-3 year in a supervisory or management roleDetail-oriented and strong communication skillsProficient in both written and spoken English.Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Ability to read and interpret maps.Up-to-date knowledge of the retail business landscape.
