Calling out all Indonesian ServiceNow Developer! Working Location: Batam Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 2 years' programming experience in Javascript, Python, Bash Scripting and Powershell Scripting; and Minimum 1 year working on ServiceNow ITSM / CSM platforms is preferred.Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;Knowledge of API management / API development as well as design patterns architectures such as thin clients and microservices;Experience in web development (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS), Web Services integration (e.g. SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) and Database development (e.g. MySQL, NoSQL and SQLServer);Skills / knowledge in both mobile and web Ul / UX design;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and solid experience in full SDLC in workflow projects.Familiarity with ITIL framework and experience in ServiceNow administration.Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, and ITAM, is advantageous.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and willing to learn and pick new skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Job Description: Design, develop, and implement ITSM and CSM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Asset Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).Develop workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.Understand infrastructure components and their integration within ServiceNow.Integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems using APls and web services.Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of developed solutions.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and services.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users.Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and data integrity checks.Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential Issues.Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure successful platform integrations and upgrades.Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.Document solutions, processes, and changes for knowledge management and training purposes.Stay updated on ServiceNow features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
