Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist based in Tanjung Priok. The Sales Support Specialist will assist the Key Account Managers by handling sales operations, processing orders, coordinating with customers to ensure satisfaction, and managing communication between internal departments and clients. The role also involves analyzing sales data, providing insights to support decision-making, and ensuring excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships. QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to assess sales data and provide actionable insightsCustomer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to build and maintain client relationshipsEffective Communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients efficientlyFamiliarity with Sales Operations processes to ensure seamless sales supportExceptional organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM toolsPrevious relevant work experience in a similar role is a plus
