Role Description The Sales Consultant role at Stevano Brill is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire made-to-measure experience, from the initial consultation to final delivery. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, assisting clients in selecting fabrics and garment options, taking measurements (training provided if required), managing appointments, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate client records in internal systems. The Sales Consultant will work closely with the tailoring and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout fittings, alterations, and garment delivery. The role also involves developing business partnerships with wedding organizers, corporate clients, and other strategic collaborators. QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.Passion for luxury menswear, tailoring, fashion, or client service.Experience in sales, hospitality, luxury retail, fashion, or client-facing roles is preferred.Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.Professional appearance and presentation.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools for client communication, scheduling, and record management.Ability to work independently and proactively identify sales opportunities.Experience with wedding industry partnerships or corporate business development is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts or opportunities simultaneously.No prior tailoring experience is required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary of IDR 6,000,000 - 10,000,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.Sales commission and performance-based incentives.Career development opportunities within a growing made-to-measure and bespoke tailoring house.
