We handle end-to-end commercial operations for our global partners from navigating complex BPOM regulations and cold-chain import logistics, to securing prime physical shelf space in the country's top retail chains (Boots, Guardian, Lotte, Sogo, etc). Our Culture: Fast, strategic, execution-obsessed, and built on institutional excellence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at GOBY Beauty, you will not just be managing accounts, you will be driving the commercial machinery that introduces the world’s finest global beauty brands to the Indonesian market. We are looking for a high-velocity operator who can seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and aggressive commercial execution. You will be responsible for building and scaling relationships with Indonesia's premier modern trade, department stores, and pharmacy networks, while executing marketing initiatives that turn product placement into market velocity. Qualifications Financial Acumen: Proven experience managing P&L, commercial budgets, trade margins, and financial forecasting within a retail or distribution environment. You must be comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.Language Proficiency: Fluent/Professional English (written and spoken) is mandatory. You will be interacting directly with global brand founders and international corporate offices.Proven Commercial Track Record: 3+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Brand Management, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or premium retail sectors in Indonesia.Elite Communication: Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills to handle corporate retail buyers (e.g., Guardian, Boots, Sogo, etc) and international brand stakeholders with absolute poise.Strategic Thinker & Executor: Ability to look at a P&L, analyze market trends, and immediately convert data into actionable sales and marketing strategies.
