Responsibilities Supervise daily R&D laboratory activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule. Support the development and improvement of paint and coating formulations. Coordinate product testing, evaluation, and documentation. Work closely with Production, Quality, and Commercial teams during product development and scale-up. Monitor raw material performance and recommend formulation adjustments when needed. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory

requirements.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in paint/coatings R&D or technical roles. Good understanding of paint formulation, raw materials, and testing methods. Experience supervising laboratory activities or small teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical reporting. Willing to be placed in Tangerang Selatan #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 112 - 167.
