Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager (SME Lending)Industry: Fintech / Digital Financial ServicesOur client is one of Southeast Asia's leading digital financing platforms, providing funding solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). They are seeking highly motivated and commercially driven Relationship Managers to expand their SME lending portfolio and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively acquire new SME borrowers through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.Build, manage, and grow a healthy pipeline of SME clients from initial engagement through loan disbursement.Develop strong relationships with business owners, key decision-makers, and referral partners to generate sustainable deal flow.Identify financing needs and recommend suitable SME lending solutions.Drive the end-to-end sales process while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.Attend networking events, business forums, and industry activities to expand market presence and business opportunities.Balance customer needs with business objectives, profitability, and risk considerations.Consistently achieve individual sales and portfolio growth targets.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in SME Lending, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, or B2B Financial Services Sales.Open to candidates from banking, fintech, or financial services backgrounds with strong SME lending exposure.Strong hunter mentality with proven success in acquiring new clients and generating business opportunities.Existing network of SME business owners, decision-makers, or referral partners is highly advantageous.Commercially minded with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.Self-driven, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.Maximum notice period of 2 months.Working ArrangementHybrid working model: 3 days Work From Office (WFO) and 2 days Work From Home (WFH).Frequent client visits and business development activities are expected.Office location: West Jakarta.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a diverse range of SMEs across multiple industries.Exposure to various financing products and lending solutions.Attractive commission and incentive scheme with strong earning potential.Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant career growth opportunities.Comprehensive health insurance coverage.Flexible leave and wellness programs.Company-provided laptop and work tools.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and helping SMEs grow through tailored financing solutions.
