Builds and maintains relationships with customers and clients to improve on customer loyalty and increase revenues for thebrands. • To build and manage an extensive network of relations with customers• To express perfect knowledge and understanding of our programs & events• To attract and engage with customers based on each team's speciality• To resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales Qualifications:• S1 Marketing or related field• A solid knowledge and passion in F&B as well as lifestyle industry• 2+ year mininum of experience Technical Skills:• The ability to analyse and research information Soft Skills:• Excellent communication and listening skills• The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply• Good sales and negotiation skills• Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation Placement : Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya
