Regional Field Officer - Semarang

Job DescriptionsSupport regional program implementation in alignment with project timelines, targets, and operational standards. Coordinate with schools, field teams, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of program activities. Coordinate class setup and operational preparation, including CMS class assignment, teacher/mentor allocation, and communication with teaching personnel from the existing database.

Conduct daily school visits, monitor program progress, and identify operational challenges in the field. Collect, manage, and validate operational data for reporting and progress tracking purposes. Prepare routine reports and maintain proper documentation of program activities and outcomes through Spreadsheets and CMS. Support workshops, trainings, competitions, and stakeholder engagement activities in the assigned region.

Build and maintain positive relationships with schools, local government representatives, and community partners. Escalate critical issues, risks, and updates to HQ in a timely manner. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree from any major. Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a regional context. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with good administrative and reporting abilities.

Experience working with NGOs, government, social/CSR projects is preferred. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office. Spreadsheet capability required. Willing to travel for school visits and field operations. Experience in operations, education programs, community engagement is a plus.
