Manage documentation for design changes, site instructions, and variation orders, including calculating additional quantities and costs and evaluating their impact on project budgets. Estimate material
requirements, compare supplier quotations, analyze major construction material costs, and coordinate with procurement teams to support cost-effective purchasing decisions. Collaborate with BIM teams to verify model-based quantities and reconcile quantity take-offs with project budgets and construction
requirements. Maintain and archive project budgets, quotations, contracts, variation records, progress payment documents, and final settlement records to ensure accurate and traceable commercial documentation. Candidate
Requirements Bachelor's degree (S1) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Estimation, or Project Cost Control within construction, engineering, or MEP projects. Practical experience in contract valuation, progress payment calculations, variation orders, final settlements, and project cost monitoring. Ability to interpret architectural, structural, steel structure, and MEP construction drawings and coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, and project management teams. Strong knowledge of construction quantity measurement, cost estimation principles, BOQ preparation, and construction commercial practices.
Proficiency in project budgeting, tender pricing, material cost analysis, actual-versus-budget variance analysis, progress payments, and final settlement procedures. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD for quantity calculations, cost analysis, and construction documentation. Familiarity with Glodon, Luban, or other construction quantity take-off and cost estimation software; experience with BIM-based quantity take-offs is an advantage.
Strong numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, cost awareness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify discrepancies in quantities, material prices, and construction costs and recommend appropriate cost control measures. Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills when working with design, procurement, construction, project management, and finance teams. Ability to work independently, manage multiple project
requirements, and adapt to construction site conditions and project schedules. Professional English proficiency in speaking and writing for business communication, technical coordination, and project documentation. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage. Job Code: #915.
