JOB FUNCTION : Responsible for managing operations and administration function of quality control/assurance from incoming materials, production to FG release for shipment and first hand technical support to Sales & Production related product quality issue. this job is for our business GCP Indonesia UNIT FUNCTION:Manages quality control/assurance activities by translating correct systems, procedures, standards, and guidelines with respect to committed EHS performance level. Job Description:Develop and recommend procedures to ensure quality of laboratory equipment performance and quality of servicesArrange workstation to get optimum flow of analyses, laboratory capacity and proper housekeeping.Identify and classify materials based on standard procedures and specifications of raw materials and full goods both in laboratory storages and in the retention samples room.Schedule preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy of analyses, inclusive possibility for third party to do the calibration.Update EHS activity requirements to safety quality assurance and first hand technical support activities, such as JSA, HIRA, Legal and Other requirements, etc.Perform quality assuranceEnsure the compliance of legal requirements related to quality assurance and laboratory activitiesConduct safety training for his/her subordinates, ensure safety working practices and environment while keeping customer satisfaction as a top priority, and report promptly all injuries no matter how slightExpedite and coordinate with third party to ensure that calibration plan are fully implementedImplement documentation as required for status of held stock/inventory and for proper accountingManage MSDS, COAConduct quality assurance and first hand technical support operations assessmentGather and collate data for Management reports on operating results, EHS related and special quality assurance, technical support or productivity projects/studiesPrepare reports and explain operations results and variances from standardPerform strategic planning processInnovate and make judgement/take action on quality assurance and first hand technical support efficiency/design/operational issues and needs.Integrate short and medium perspectives for quality assurance and technical support cost in the total manufacturing and department expenseDesign training modules and teach with mastery on subject matters pertaining to quality assurance and safety.Support EHS department related PROPER and B3 waste management.Assist R&D Manager on product development projects. Job Requirements:3 years experience with significant part in quality assurance roleUniversity degree in Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringExpertise with widerange of safety quality and application laboratory analyses, practices and toolsBroad knowledge and understanding of EHS issue on quality assurance operations, emergency response, and some technical knowledge for supporting Sales & ProductionFamiliarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures, Computer literate – familiarity with Microsoft Office statistic analysis tools.will be on contract 12 months first.
