We are currently seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead the procurement function in Surabaya, Indonesia. Role: Purchasing ManagerLocation: Surabaya, East Java, IndonesiaType: Permanent Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end procurement strategy for Indonesia operationsDrive category management across direct and indirect sourcingDevelop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goalsManage supplier relationships and ensure supply continuityDeliver cost optimization, savings, and value creationPartner closely with plant, operations, and regional procurement teams Requirements:5+ years’ experience in procurement/purchasing in manufacturing or industrial sectorsStrong experience in direct and indirect sourcingStrong background in strategic sourcing & category managementExperience with SAP / Ariba preferredStrong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of import/export and supply chain processes If you’re looking for a strategic leadership role where you can make a real impact across procurement transformation and value delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
