Job Descriptions:Develop and oversee the Master Project Timeline, ensuring alignment with project management standards, budget, and cross-team activitiesManage multiple projects, including prioritization, resource allocation, and inter-project dependenciesCoordinate with cross-functional teams and lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment and progressIdentify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesEnsure all project documentation (budget, risks, changes, progress reports) is accurate and well-maintainedProvide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and key developments Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil & Architecture Project Planning / Project Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-project environmentsStrong knowledge of project management, financial analysis, and industry practicesExcellent problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsProficient in relevant project management tools, software, and systemsPlacement: Subang, West Java
