Job description

RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Management Accounting, Finance or related field.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Management Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or a related finance role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.CMA certification is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Demonstrated leadership potential and proactive mindset.Active organizational or leadership experience during university is preferred.Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitieMaintain and consolidate financial reporting for ASL projectsEnsure accurate reporting of billed and unbilled revenueLead the preparation of quarterly rolling forecasts for presentation to the Board of DirectorsMonitor and analyze cash flow positions to support business operationsManage ASL Overhead (OH) and Proposal BudgetsPerform financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial and operational objectivesDrive process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reporting quality
