PPIC Associate (Placement: Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur) Responsibilities : PPIC - Material ControlEnsure material availability aligns with production plansMonitor stock levels (raw materials, WIP, supporting materials) to prevent overstock and shortagesCoordinate with purchasing on material requirements and deliveriesCalculate material needs based on BoM and production plansOversee warehouse material movement and maintain inventory accuracyAnalyze stock discrepancies and conduct regular stock countsEnsure efficient and standard-compliant material usage PPIC - Production PlanningDevelop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and capacityEnsure production execution meets scheduled timelinesAnalyze machine and manpower capacity to support smooth operationsCoordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing to ensure material readinessIdentify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain workflowMonitor production progress to meet output and delivery targetsPrepare regular reports on production plans vs. actual performance Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role.Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or MRP (Material Requirement Planning) systems.Understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.Proficiency in English for effective communication and reporting.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills for working across teams and departments.
