Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product features, customer journeys, and digital experiencesConduct market research, competitor benchmarking, customer insights, and data analysisLead product initiatives from business requirements through implementation and launchCreate and manage product documentation, including Backlog, BRD, and Service RequestsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Business stakeholdersReview business and system requirements, testing scenarios, and product deliverablesSupport product launches and ensure smooth post-implementation performanceManage stakeholder communication and coordinate with external vendors when required RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product SpecialistExperience handling Digital Banking, Wealth, Payments, Lending, or BAAS productsStrong understanding of digital product development and product lifecycle managementExperience in customer, market, and data analysisProven experience leading projects and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsStrong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsPassion for technology, innovation, and delivering customer-centric solutions Preferred QualitiesStrategic thinker with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentOpen to innovation and continuous learningData-driven decision maker with a strong sense of ownershipResilient, proactive, and collaborative
