As Nimbly enters the next growth phase, we are looking for a for a Product Manager to help launch new AI products (software & hardware), as well as to drive continuous improvement of Nimbly’s existing platform. The RoleThis is the CEO’s right hand and the company’s swiss army knife. One week you might be building a board deck; the next you’re sourcing hardware from suppliers in China, negotiating an office lease, or flying to a client site to unblock a deal. There is no “that’s not my job” in this role. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — with heavy emphasis on execution. At a ~50-person company scaling to 100+, the Chief of Staff is the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, whether that’s a strategic initiative or a logistics problem that just needs someone resourceful to solve it. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers unparalleled visibility into every part of the business. It is ideal for a resourceful operator who thrives on variety, moves fast in ambiguity, and gets energy from solving problems — big or small — that nobody else is picking up. What You Will DoOwn the product roadmap and define product vision, strategy, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Gather, analyze, and translate customer insights, market trends, and data into clear product requirements and user stories. Collaborate closely with CEO, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and features on time. Lead end-to-end product development cycles, from ideation and discovery to launch and post-release optimization. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring solutions address real user problems and deliver measurable value. Define success metrics and monitor product performance using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making. Manage trade-offs between scope, timeline, and resources while maintaining product quality and usability. Support go-to-market activities, including feature positioning, internal enablement, and customer communications. Continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience, scalability, and operational efficiency across products. What You BingMinimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, AI, F&B, or Retail technology. Proven experience defining product requirements and working closely with Engineering and GTM teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English. Experience with agile or scrum methodologies and product management toolsCustomer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of user experience and business impact. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen and ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
