Job description
Industry: Oil & Gas Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate procurement activities for Oil & Gas projects and operations.Process purchase requisitions (PR) into purchase orders (PO) in accordance with company procedures.Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on quality, pricing, delivery, and compliance standards.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.Monitor material delivery status to ensure on-time supply for project and operational needs.Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance departments regarding procurement requirements.Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, HSE standards, and industry regulations.Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and purchasing status updates.Support tendering and bidding processes for goods and services.Handle vendor performance evaluation and maintain good supplier relationships. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement within the Oil & Gas industry.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.Experience handling local and international suppliers.Familiar with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/etc.) and Microsoft Office.Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.Understanding of Oil & Gas materials, equipment, and logistics processes.Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Good command of English, both written and spoken.
