Plumbing & Drainage Engineer

About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and technically capable Plumbing & Drainage Engineer to join our Building Services team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and coordination of plumbing and drainage systems across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and documentation of plumbing and drainage systems in accordance with local regulations and international standards. Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical reports under supervision. Conduct site inspections, surveys, and condition assessments to inform design decisions. Support the selection of appropriate materials, systems, and equipment.

Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration into overall building designs. Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering initiatives. Support construction phase services, including installation oversight, testing, and commissioning activities. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during design and construction stages.

Contribute to project planning, cost estimation, and program delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices. 2–5 years of relevant experience in plumbing and drainage design (consultancy experience preferred). , SNI, ASPE, or equivalent). Familiarity with hydraulic calculations and drainage system sizing. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP. Skills & AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving capability. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
