About the CompanyAdecco Indonesia is representing a well-established multinational 3PL company operating across Indonesia. The company manages a broad portfolio of contract logistics and is now looking to strengthen its operational excellence capability through a dedicated Continuous Improvement & Project Manager. About the RoleThe Operations Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving measurable operational improvements across warehouse and transportation operations, while managing cross-functional improvement projects end-to-end. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong continuous improvement methodology background, ideally from large-scale FMCG or manufacturing environments, who is equally comfortable analyzing data, leading workshops, and presenting business cases to customers. Key ResponsibilitiesLead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse, transportation, and end-to-end logistics processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologiesManage improvement and transformation projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realization, including change management across cross-functional teamsIdentify and quantify cost optimization opportunities across labor, space, transport, and process efficiencyDrive adoption of automation and digital tools, including exposure to ASRS/AMR and AI-enabled operational improvementsDefine and track KPIs to measure improvement impact and ensure sustainability RequirementsMinimum 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably within a large-scale FMCG or manufacturing environmentLean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) strongly preferredProven track record of leading CI and operational project implementation with measurable outcomesExposure to warehouse automation technologies (ASRS/AMR) and AI tools is a strong advantageWorking knowledge of WMS setup and operationsStrong project management and change management skillsExcellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skillsIndonesian nationals only — expat candidates will not be considered
