Key Responsibilities:Support daily operations across multiple departmentsCoordinate scheduling, internal communications, and task follow-upsManage day-to-day operations to ensure workflow efficiencyIdentify and proactively resolve operational bottlenecksContribute to internal process improvement and team support Requirements:Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and platformsBasic understanding of project management principlesStrong project managent/organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Proficiency with or willingness to learn tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice to Have:Experience or comfort working with design tools like CanvaPrior experience in operations, admin, or support rolesInterest in startup or fast-paced environments
