PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients from Multinational Machinery Manufacture in finding great talent as Mechanical Machine Assembler for Gresik placement with the detail as follows: Requirements:Diploma/Bachelor's degree with a technical focus or equivalent knowledge gained through work experienceGood verbal and written proficiency in EnglishBasic computer skills and ability to work with digital technical documentation and 3D models.3+ years of experience with mechanical assembly or machine building in machinery manufacture would be great advantageSkilled in Technical Drawing and Technical DocumentationCooperative, proactive, and service-oriented with a strong sense of order and organization. Ability to work independently while maintaining awareness of the overall workflow and contributing to efficient production progress. Responsibility:Assembly and Project ResponsibilitiesComplete assigned machine projects from assembly through FAT and installation.Take ownership of assembly activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, documentation, and quality standards.Plan work efficiently regarding schedules, resources, materials, and testing.Delegate tasks when required.Assemble machines and spare parts according to work orders and technical documentation.Ensure all work follows drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions.Workflow and Production CoordinationMonitor overall project workflow and assembly progress.Ensure required materials and components are available on time.Follow up on delays, missing parts, or rework affecting timelines.Documentation and TraceabilityDocument completed work and maintain required quality, assembly, and testing records.Ensure documentation and inspection records are complete.Provide photographic documentation when relevant.Report documentation errors or inconsistencies to the appropriate departments.Testing, FAT, and InstallationParticipate in testing, functional verification, FAT, and installation activities.Assist with troubleshooting, adjustments, customer visits, demonstrations, and training as required.Collaboration and Continuous ImprovementCollaborate across departments and provide feedback to engineering/design teams.Contribute to improvements in assembly methods, quality, and work practices.Develop technical competence and support training of new employees.
