Job description

Job PurposeTo develop, implement, and oversee the company’s risk management framework in compliance with OJK and AFPI regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices. The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the organization while fostering a strong risk-aware culture. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Conduct risk assessments covering operational, credit, market, liquidity, compliance, strategic, and emerging risks.Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), evaluate risk exposures, and recommend mitigation plans.Ensure effective risk controls are established, maintained, and periodically reviewed.Prepare and submit risk-related regulatory reports to OJK and AFPI accurately and on time.Monitor regulatory updates (POJK, SEOJK, AFPI guidelines) and assess their impact on the organization.Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders on risk-related matters.Support governance, compliance, and audit activities, including remediation of audit findings.Conduct risk awareness training and promote a strong risk management culture across departments. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Finance, or other related quantitative disciplines.Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Management within fintech, banking, financial services, multifinance, or lending institutions.Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, including OJK, POJK, SEOJK, and AFPI requirements.Proven experience in preparing regulatory reports, risk profiles, and risk management documentation.Expertise in Risk Assessment & Analysis methodologies, including Top Down Assessment, Bottom Up Assessment, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and Incident & Scenario Risk Analysis (ISR).Experience in developing risk registers, risk heat maps, KRIs, and enterprise risk management frameworks.Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management skills.Proficient in risk reporting and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms.
