Maintenance Manager

Job description

Responsibilities :Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtimeSet departmental targets and drive the achievement of Maintenance & Utility performance goalsLead, manage, and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe, effective, and efficient operationsOversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all plant equipment and utilitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance systems and processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, etc.) on equipment modification, upgrades, and replacement projectsEnsure compliance with safety, health, and operational standards Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with proven managerial experienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical EngineeringStrong knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance systems, troubleshooting, and continuous improvementExperience in chemical, FMCG, or process manufacturing industry is preferredAble to work in a dynamic, target-driven plant environment
