Job SummaryThe Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. This role ensures efficient and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and safety. The Logistics Supervisor leads a team, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement in logistics processes .Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and warehouse activitiesEnsure timely delivery of materials to support production schedulesMaintain accurate inventory and stock controlLead and monitor logistics team performance and shift activitiesCoordinate with production, procurement, and external suppliersResolve delivery, inventory, and operational issues promptlyMonitor KPIs and drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operationsProven experience in a supervisory or team leadership roleExperience in electronics manufacturing or related industry will be an advantageStrong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportatiGood command in English
