Responsibilities : Define and execute logistics strategies aligned with business targetsLead and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellenceOversee warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound, distribution)Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with production and demand planningEnsure compliance with company standards in material handling and delivery Job description : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field5–8 years of experience in logistics/supply chain, with team leadership experienceStrong knowledge of warehouse and distribution managementProven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience in chemical manufacturing industry will be highly preferredLocation Bekasi atau Gresik
