About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Specialist / Supervisor to support and manage daily logistics operations, transportation coordination, and shipment planning to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the loading, transportation, and unloading of goods.Arrange product pickups and deliveries with barge and transportation companies according to customer schedules.Plan and optimize shipment routes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.Monitor the movement, storage, and handling of materials to ensure safe and efficient logistics operations.Conduct logistics cost analysis and negotiate transportation or material costs with suppliers and vendors.Prepare and manage logistics documents, contracts, invoices, and payment processes.Ensure all logistics activities comply with company procedures and operational standards.Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and transportation partners.Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management with full responsibility and dedication. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain operations.Experience handling transportation arrangements, shipment coordination, and logistics documentation.Strong understanding of logistics processes, cost control, and vendor coordination.Good negotiation and communication skills.Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred. Able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
