Key Responsibilities:Review, draft and negotiate commercial contractsProvide legal support to business stakeholdersSupport legal review of campaigns, promotions and commercial initiativesConduct legal research and risk assessmentsAssist with SOPs, templates and legal process improvementsSupport legal compliance initiativesManage routine legal matters independently Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in LawHaving 3 to 5 years of professional experience (prior experience in a combination of private practice and in-house (consumer, retail, beauty, FMCG, and/or e-commerce) experience would be considered an advantage)Strong contract drafting and negotiation skillsGood commercial awarenessAbility to manage stakeholders effectivelyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skillsWilling to Work From the Office (Location: Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)
