Learning & Development Manager

Learning & Development Manager Solo, Central Java – Indonesia National Restaurant Chain / F&B Retail Work Description Lead company-wide learning & development strategy across restaurant operations nationwide. Design and implement training programs for outlet teams, supervisors, and management. Build structured onboarding and competency development for frontliners and restaurant leaders. Standardize training modules, SOP learning materials, and operational best practices.

Partner with Operations and HR teams to identify capability gaps and development priorities. Monitor training effectiveness, employee progress, and development KPIs across outlets. Drive leadership development initiatives to strengthen internal talent pipeline.

Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development / Training Management. Must have experience in F&B retail or restaurant chain operations. Strong background in developing operational and people‑development training programs. Experienced managing training for multi‑outlet / nationwide operations. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Willing to be based in Solo, Central Java and travel when required.
