Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP) is a structured two-year development program designed for exceptional fresh graduates with high leadership potential and a strong drive to grow. The program aims to bring out their best potential and prepare them to become high-quality future leaders for GGF Job Description:Leading and supporting key projects across various departments to gain firsthand experience and a deep understanding of daily business processes.Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing work processes to boost efficiency and productivity.Analyzing operational data to generate insightful reports and presentations that support data-driven decision-making.Actively participating in strategic planning sessions and company performance evaluations, providing constructive input to achieve long-term targets. Requirements:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any major.A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.Strong leadership, analytical, and high-initiative skills.Willingness to be placed in and relocated to various locations across IndonesiaPreferably able to communicate in Mandarin (Chinese language)
