We are currently hiring a KOL Manager/KOL Marketing Manager/KOL LeadEmployment Type: Full-time ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage KOL resources in the Indonesian market, and build a localized influencer partnership ecosystem.Handle end-to-end KOL collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, contract management, and campaign execution.Design and implement tiered KOL strategies based on local market trends and campaign objectives.Build and maintain a KOL database for the Indonesian market to ensure efficient resource management and continuous optimization.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize KOL collaborations to improve overall ROI.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in KOL marketing, business development, or digital marketing.Existing KOL/influencer network in Indonesia is highly preferred.Strong understanding of the Indonesian social media ecosystem, especially TikTok and Instagram.Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and cross-cultural communication ability.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Good command of English as a working language.
