KOL Manager

Job description

We are looking for an KOL Manager to manage influencer marketing campaigns in realme Indonesia. The role includes finding, negotiating, and working with KOLs/KOCs on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities :1. Create and execute KOL marketing plans for campaigns and product launches.2. Find and manage relationships with local KOLs/KOCs, especially in tech and lifestyle categories.3. Handle campaign process from outreach, negotiation, briefing, product seeding, until content posting.4. Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports and insights.5. Work closely with social media, e-commerce, and China/global teams for campaign coordination. Requirements :1. Minimum 3 years of overall working experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing.2. Have strong local KOL/KOC network, especially in tech or lifestyle category.3. Good communication and negotiation skills in English is a MUST.4. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.5. Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube trends and creator ecosystem.6. Experience in electronics or tech industry is a plus.7. Mandarin skill is a plus. Office Location : Pantai Indak Kapuk, Jakarta Utara
