We’re Hiring: Junior Creative Strategist Bandung (Indonesia) based | Full-Time Company DescriptionCuddlesMeow is a growing direct-to-consumer cat product brand selling to customers across the US and worldwide. We’re looking for a highly creative and proactive Junior Creative Strategist to support our creative team in developing high-performing Meta ad concepts for our products. You’ll work closely with the Creative Executive to research trends, generate ad ideas, write hooks/scripts, organize creative testing, and help scale winning ads. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, direct response advertising, and wants to grow deeply in e-commerce creative strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in generating at least 15 ad scripts/concepts per week for Meta adsResearch competitors, consumer behavior, comments, reviews, and viral trendsSupport script writing and creative brief preparation for editors and designersHelp organize ad testing pipelines, creative statuses, and performance learningsIdentify patterns from winning creatives and suggest new iterationsSource references, UGC inspiration, and competitor adsParticipate in weekly creative brainstorm and ad review sessionsCollaborate with the creative team to improve ad performance continuously You Must HaveStrong interest in e-commerce, Meta ads, and direct response marketingGood English writing and communication skillsUnderstanding of hooks, ad angles, and social media trendsExperience writing ad scripts or hooksOrganized and detail-oriented mindsetAbility to research and think creativelyFast learner with strong initiative and curiosity Bonus PointsExperience creating or analyzing Meta/TikTok adsExperience with e-commerce brandsUnderstanding of viral short-form contentFamiliarity with Canva, Photoshop, or basic image editing tools If you want to know about our company, you can visit our website cuddlesmeow.com or our LinkedIn page.
