IT Security Engineer (CrowdStrike Falcon)

Job description

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 2–5+ years of experience working with EDR solutions (experience with CrowdStrike is a strong advantage).Proven experience deploying CrowdStrike in enterprise environments.Experience migrating from other Antivirus/EDR solutions to CrowdStrike.Hands-on experience troubleshooting Falcon installation issues and sensor communication problems.Experience managing policies, host groups, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Key Responsibilities:Uninstallation of existing Sophos agent Deploy and onboard endpoints to CrowdStrike Falcon Defend Configure Falcon policies and prevention settings Create and manage host groups Configure sensor update policies Investigate deployment issues and sensor health problems Tune detections and reduce false positives Implement exclusions and exceptions according to security requirements Support pilot, rollout, and production deployment phases Integrate CrowdStrike with ticketing systems when required Produce deployment and operational documentation
