Job description
Monroe is recruiting on behalf of our client, a notable asset management company. ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of M&A transactions, divestments, strategic partnerships, and capital raising mandates.Conduct detailed financial, commercial, industry, and market research to identify opportunities and support client decisions.Build and maintain financial models, including valuation analyses such as DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transactions.Assist in preparing investment committee papers, internal memos, and strategic recommendations.Coordinate due diligence processes and data room management with clients, investors, lawyers, accountants, and other advisors.Monitor transaction progress, timelines, and key deliverables across multiple workstreamSupport origination efforts by researching target companies, sectors, and prospective investors.Contribute to thought leadership materials and publications to enhance market visibility and client engagement. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, transaction services, private equity, or management consulting preferred.Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and M&A transaction processes.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred.High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
