Role OverviewWe are seeking a current or former international school educator or leader as a consultant to help us better understand the Jakarta market and improve our products for international school teachers and classrooms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between educational needs and product solutions, ensuring ClassPoint and Edcafe meet the real-world demands of international school teachers and classrooms.Your insights on classroom technology, teacher workflows, and EdTech tool adoption will directly inform how we build and adapt our products for the Jakarta international school market. Key areas we're researching:Classroom technology infrastructure (devices, connectivity, display systems)Teacher workflow and lesson delivery preferencesInteractive tool adoption and effectivenessAI tool adoption and teacher readiness in international schoolsSchool procurement processes and decision-making dynamics ExperienceTeaching experience in at least 2 International Schools in Jakarta, Indonesia (e.g., JIS, BSJ, Nord Anglia, ACG, SPH, etc.)Proven track record of integrating EdTech tools into classroom practice (PowerPoint, interactive platforms, LMS, digital assessment tools)Working knowledge of technology infrastructure at international schoolsUnderstanding of curriculum frameworks (IB, Cambridge, American, or British) CompensationThis is a paid consulting role. You will be compensated on an hourly basis for interviews, advisory sessions, and any additional work. Specific rates will be discussed with selected candidates.
