Job DescriptionAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional and system solution designs.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FSD, SRS, process flows, use cases, and other functional specifications.Collaborate closely with business users, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders.Support the end-to-end solution delivery process, including requirement gathering, solution review, testing support, and implementation activities. Job RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience as a Solution Analyst, System Analyst, or Business Analyst within the IT industry.Experienced in banking or financial services projects, such as core banking, digital banking, mobile banking, loan origination, payment systems, or related platforms.Strong experience in creating functional and technical documentation, including BRD, FSD, SRS, process flows, and use case documents.Able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
