Company DescriptionInfinity Trade Mineral is a growing mineral trading company specializing in the sourcing, trading, and distribution of mineral commodities across Indonesia. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to build and strengthen our HR foundation, people processes, and organizational capabilities. Role DescriptionManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR procedures.Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, and HR administration.Support payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.Drive performance management and KPI implementation.Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.Maintain and improve HR reporting, records, and data management using Excel and Google Workspace.Partner with management to support business growth and future expansion. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.Experience handling multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.Experience building HR systems, policies, and processes in a growing organization is highly preferred.Experience in trading, logistics, mining services, or mining-related industries is an advantage.
