Job Description:Manage end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, offboarding)Handle operational / blue-collar workforce managementCoordinate manpower requirements with internal stakeholdersMaintain employee documentation and HR administrationSupport payroll process and data accuracyDrive employee engagement and employee relations initiativesEnsure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively Prepare regular HR reporting and workforce insights Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist / HR OperationsExperience handling operational or blue-collar employees is preferredBased in Bali or willing to relocateActive English communication skillsStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
