GetFound is a growth consultancy. We help businesses across Southeast Asia solve their hardest growth problems and turn the answers into measurable results. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and growing fast, which means we answer to our clients and our standards, not to investors. We work the way the best consulting firms do: start with the business problem, not the deliverable. Our job is to figure out what's really holding a company back, build the case for what to do about it, and stay close enough to see it through. What You'll Do This is a problem-solving role, not a support one. You'll work on live client engagements, diagnosing what's limiting a business, structuring the path forward, and helping leaders act on it with confidence. From early on, you'll sit close to founders and CEOs. You'll learn to frame the right questions before reaching for answers, to defend a recommendation under pressure, and to think like a consultant who's trusted with the call. The work is real, the clients are real, and the growth you drive shows up on their P&L. We're looking for someone who could grow into a consultant we'd put in front of any client, and we'll invest in getting you there. Your Responsibilities Diagnose the real problem. Cut through symptoms and surface-level metrics to find what's actually limiting a client's growth.Advise clients directly. Start by supporting senior consultants, then grow into owning relationships — the person founders call when it matters.Build the case. Turn ambiguity into clear, structured, defensible recommendations that leaders can act on.Frame the engagement. Help scope what a client actually needs, set the questions worth answering, and keep the work pointed at outcomes.Make the case in the room. Create sharp, data-driven strategy decks and present recommendations that get bought into.Find the opportunity. Spot the shift in positioning, channel, pricing, or process that unlocks the next stage of growth.Pressure-test ideas. Challenge assumptions — yours, your team's, and the client's — to make sure the strategy holds.Move fast when it counts. Step into emerging client challenges that need a smart, structured answer quickly. What You'll Bring High-achieving fresh graduates from all backgrounds are welcome, especially those with organizational experience in consulting, marketing, business strategy, growth, or related fields.Genuine curiosity about marketing and business. You want to understand why things grow, not just execute tasks. A structured thinker who's energized, not overwhelmed, by hard, ambiguous problems.Comfortable with data: you can find the story in the numbers and know when the numbers are lying A clear, persuasive communicator, in writing and in the roomCurious about how businesses actually make money, and why some grow while others stallSelf-directed and accountable. You own outcomes without being chasedEager to be coached hard and improve fastFluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.Able to work onsite at our office in Setiabudi, Kuningan, South Jakarta.
