About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Government Affairs, Licensing & Compliance Manager to lead regulatory licensing activities, ensure ongoing compliance, and build strong relationships with key government stakeholders. This role will play a critical part in supporting business growth while safeguarding operational compliance across our organization. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end management of business licenses and permits, including OSS-RBA, NIB, KKPR, Environmental Permits, IUI, IUKI, and related approvals.Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing obligations.Monitor permit validity, renewal schedules, reporting requirements, and compliance status.Build and maintain relationships with ministries, government agencies, regulators, and industry stakeholders.Track regulatory developments and provide recommendations on potential business impacts.Manage regulatory submissions, compliance reporting, and licensing documentation.Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Finance, and Project teams to support business objectives.Support negotiations, regulatory advocacy, and issue resolution with external authorities. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law, Public Policy, Political Science, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Licensing, Compliance, or related functions.Strong understanding of industrial licensing, regulatory compliance, and government approval processes.Experience engaging with ministries, government agencies, and regulators at the central government level.Background in industrial estate, manufacturing, smelter, energy, mining, or metal processing industries is highly preferred.Familiarity with OSS-RBA and Indonesian licensing frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.High integrity, strong analytical capabilities, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
