As part of our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a General Assembly Quality Control Team Leader to strengthen our quality assurance in the production line. About the RoleAs a General Assembly Quality Control Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading quality control activities in the General Assembly area, ensuring that all vehicles meet company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations. You will supervise QC inspectors, coordinate with production teams, and drive defect reduction through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement . Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily quality control activities in the General Assembly production lineEnsure all vehicles meet defined quality standards before deliveryConduct in-process and final inspections to identify defects and abnormalitiesPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issuesEnsure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and safety regulationsSupervise, guide, and train QC inspectors to improve inspection accuracy and efficien cy QualificationsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fieldMinimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing (Automotive preferred)Experience in General Assembly or automotive production environment is highly preferredStrong understanding of quality tools such as RCA, 8D, CAPA, and QC inspection methodsFamiliar with production processes, SOPs, and quality standards in manufacturingStrong leadership skills with experience supervising a teamGood analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skillsAble to work in a fast-paced production environment and shift system if requiredFluent in English is a mu st.
