About the RoleAs a General Assembly Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. You will supervise production operators, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the General Assembly area. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily production activities in the General Assembly area.Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.Monitor production line performance and manpower utilization.Coordinate with related departments to resolve production issues.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, work instructions, and company policies.Support continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing activities.Conduct team briefings, training, and performance monitoring for production operators. QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing production, including Team Leader or supervisory experience.Strong understanding of General Assembly manufacturing processes.Experience managing production operators in a manufacturing environment.Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Able to work under pressure and achieve production targets.Good command of English, both written and spoken.
