Key ResponsibilitiesManage check-in and check-out procedures efficientlyHandle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departmentMaintain accurate records of bookings, resident information, and visitor logsCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address resident needsProcess payments, issue receipts, and manage front desk cash handlingRespond to resident requests, complaints, or emergencies promptly and escalate when necessaryMaintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby areaSupport administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reportingMaintain the service standard and guest satisfaction as a priority Qualifications1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hotel, serviced apartments, or residences preferred)Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systemsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsWell-groomed, professional appearance and demeanorAbility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidaysService-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
