Job description

Kozystay is a fast growing early stage hospitality technology start-up focusing on the short term rentals industry (Airbnb, etc) for the next generation guests. Kozystay provides premium end-to-end property management, capitalising technology to streamline operational processes. Key responsibilitiesManage financial operations for assigned apartment portfolio (± 100 units), ensuring accuracy and timelinessHandle end-to-end AP and AR processes, including invoice processing, collections, and reconciliationsPrepare and maintain regular financial reports, including operational and expense trackingProcess daily transactions (reimbursement, cash advance, vendor payments) in line with internal policiesEnsure all supporting documents and tax-related requirements are complete and properly recordedCoordinate with operations and other departments for financial documentation and reporting needsSupport budgeting and monitoring of operational expenses and petty cashEnsure compliance with internal finance procedures and approval workflowsUtilize Odoo ERP for transaction recording, tracking, and reporting Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance1–3 years experience in finance, accounting, or similar operational finance roleFamiliar with Odoo ERP or similar accounting systemsStrong understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entriesProficient in Microsoft ExcelDetail-oriented, structured, and able to manage high-volume transactionsStrong coordination and communication skills across teamsWilling to be based in Surabaya
