POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for working in a group environment in supports the manufacturing in daily facility & building maintenance to ensure the compliance with ISO 45001 & 14001 as well as IATF 16949 standards. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical and/or Civil Engineering, or 3 years of relevant experience.Ability to work independently and strong hands-on problem solving timelyHas the knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Project Management software.Demonstrated experience with heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems.Experience in Manufacturing Facilities OperationsEnsure daily tasks are performed in alignment with OHS&E practices and applicable standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and Automotive Quality Management System (IATF 16949) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform hands-on operation of Building Maintenance & Facility equipmentsCarry out routine FM corrective and Preventive Maintenance as directed on all equipmentPromptly report all equipment/system abnormalityMaintain logs, record readings, document equipment histories, and prepare other facility-related documentation.Provide access/escort service to subcontractors working in engineering areas as required.Actively take part in all emergency drills and respond quickly and appropriately to all emergencies occurring in the facility.Work closely with Engineer, Manager for documentation related to the facility operation, maintenance and repairs of equipment and systems. The documentation includes Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and Emergency Operating Procedure (EOP)Other related tasks assigned.
