This position is for a duration of 3 months.This mid-level position demands significant experience in awards programmes and large-scale events execution. Core responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end programme delivery, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and supporting monetisation by cultivating strong brand partnerships. Based in Jakarta, you will work closely and collaborate with the other internal and external teams. You will play a critical role in keeping the entire theAsianparent Awards and flagship events for Indonesia (TAP on the Go and Parenting Bash) running smoothly; from coordinating brands and judges, to delivering a standout Awards Gala and flagship events that reinforces credibility, trust and commercial value. Key Responsibilities1. Event Leadership & ExecutionLead the comprehensive planning and execution of theAsianparent Awards Night and related Awards activations and flagship events in Indonesia.Manage all logistical and production aspects: venue sourcing, production partners, audio-visual (AV), show flow development, rehearsals, vendors and guest hospitality.Uphold the events’' credibility, scale, and premium market positioning throughout all event executions.Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure flawless on-ground delivery, especially during peak event periods. 2. Awards-Flagship Programme & Partnership Management Manage the full operational lifecycle of the Awards and flagship programmes.Cultivate and sustain strong, strategic relationships with parenting, FMCG, and lifestyle brands across key markets.Monitor market trends and new product launches to strategically inform category planning and brand outreach.Create and maintain essential program documentation, such as partner decks, participation guides, and detailed timelines.Assist the Sales team in securing early commitments for badge licensing, tables, sponsorships, and other related commercial packages.3. Judges & Expert Awards Network CoordinationManage the professional roster of clinicians, editors, and parent testers in Indonesia.Oversee all judge-related operations, including onboarding, profiles, communication, conflict-of-interest declarations, and rubric alignment.Uphold high standards of governance, transparency, and integrity across all judging activities.Act as the primary operational liaison between the judges and the internal Awards team.4. Operations Excellence & Continuous ImprovementEnsure effective cross-functional collaboration and alignment on timelines, assets, and deliverables with Sales, Campaign, Creative, and Content team.Develop and maintain structured documentation, trackers, and operational playbooks for all Awards and flagship events cycles.Generate comprehensive post-cycle reports, including insights on brand feedback, judging operations, and event execution.Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency in processes year-on-year. Requirements 5–10 years of experience in events, awards programmes, brand activations or partnership-led initiatives.Proven experience in managing large-scale events or awards programmes with multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication skills and the confidence to effectively engage with senior brand representatives, industry experts, and internal leaders.Strong project management and organisational capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple timelines concurrently while maintaining a high attention to detail. Highly Advantageous:Direct experience working on an awards programme (nominations, judging workflows, scoring, finalist/winner roll-out).Background in FMCG, parenting, beauty, lifestyle, or adjacent consumer categories.Experience working across regional teams or multi-market programmes in Southeast Asia.
